– No cancellation charge applies prior to 16:00 (local time), up to 1 day prior to arrival.

Guarantee Policy
– Full amount of stay is payable in advance by credit card at booking time. The credit card used for booking must be presented at reception upon the client’s arrival.

Cancellation Policy
– No cancellation charge applies prior to 16:00 (local time), up to 1 day prior to arrival.
– The amount due is not refundable even if the booking is cancelled or modified.

Check in Policy
– The room is available from 14:00.

Check out Policy
– The room must be vacated by 12:00 at the latest.

Children Policy
– Accommodation and breakfast are free for 2 children under 4 years sharing parents’ room. From 4 to 12 years: a 1000.00 THB applies to accommodation, 200.00 THB on breakfast.
